My last training took place on Sunday, March 18th. Physical therapy begins Wednesday, April 4th. Hope to resume training in 6 weeks : Tuesday, May 1st.
This was a recurring condition that, although was allowed to fully recover last year, was not correctly rehabilitated. Cross training boxing exacerbated the impingement in both shoulders to the point where i had to suspend Muay Thai entirely. The impingement syndrome gradually worsened during the course of Judo and jiu jitsu classes. If my rehabilitation is successful, ideally i will begin training grappling and striking collectively again.

From full guard breaking opponent's posture with arm drag and over hooking neck to transition to high guard then cross face to lock arm bar.
Worked single leg takedown with arm triangle on leg...and duck under to high-crotch takedown.
