Posture out of opponent's side control:
Keep arms in tight, compact.
Pummel inside arm for under hook.
Plant outside arm on opponent's hip to maintain space.
Shrimp out as far as possible to create more space.
Bring knee back in under opponent.
Insert butterfly hook with other leg.
Gain butterfly guard then full guard.

Mount to S-mount to arm bar drill. Get high mount before attempting transiton to S-mount. Keep pressure constant.
Double leg shot, take down to third point pressure hip control, sit out to kesa gatame.
Single leg shot to take down. Shoulder downward pressure on opponent's leg.

Arm bar drill: arm drag, foot plant on hip, vertical hip movement, pinching arm with knees, hip/leg swivel.
Triangle drill: arm drag, arm pass, planting foot, hip movement & placement,hooking neck with leg, locking triangle, pivoting perpendicular to opponent.

Escaping high mount, gaining full guard.
Shoulder crawl out of high mount until opponent has low mount.
Bridge, shift hips to one side. Hook opponent's leg with far leg (leg drag).
Shift hips to opposite side, gain half guard.
Insert hook (with inside leg), gain half butterfly.
Shift hips back to other side, gain full guard, lock.
