Kimura drill from full guard.

Arm bar drill: arm drag, foot plant on hip, vertical hip movement, pinching arm with knees, hip/leg swivel.

Triangle drill: arm drag, arm pass, planting foot, hip movement & placement,hooking neck with leg, locking triangle, pivoting perpendicular to opponent.
